Comment: The vessel is fitted with teak veneered marine grade plywood and teak joinery, all in good condition.
All glass reinforced plastic bonding has been inspected, where accessible, and found intact and free from fracture or delamination.
Any LPG storage including butane should conform to AS 5601 and have a suitable compliance plate affixed.
It is strongly recommended that the butane stove and its canisters not be stored on the vessel and only used following the manufacturers instructions.
